Pcclean.it will deliver the goods by express courier to the address you indicated on the order form.

To offer you a more efficient service, please provide in the notes of the purchase form, more information regarding the delivery times suitable for your needs and a mobile phone number ready to accept the goods.

The delivery will take place within 1-2 working days from receipt of the transfer or credit card payment confirmation. 

In case of payment by Advance Bank Transfer, what has been ordered by the Customer is kept busy until the receipt of the proof of transfer by the bank. The sending of what has been ordered takes place only at the moment of the actual crediting of the account. 

The courier makes two delivery attempts, the third is agreed by telephone with the recipient. Each day of storage in the warehouse, for non-delivery, does not involve any additional cost.

Any delays in delivery of the goods are not attributable to Pcclean.it. 

If the customer finds breakage or tampering with the package containing the goods in delivery, must reject the package to the courier, stating the reasons for refusal in the waybill or accept "WITH RESERVE" and write it on the receipt in copy to the courier in order to activate the insurance procedure.



On average approx. 1-2 working days for all Italian locations for the goods in stock. We are not responsible for any agitation of couriers operating in the various regions.



According to art. 5 DL 185/1999 the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal on all goods purchased on our site according to the following rules:

To exercise the right of withdrawal the customer must send a communication stating this intention, within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

Upon receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of Pcclean.it will communicate by e-mail how to return the goods.

In this case the shipping costs are charged to the customer.



The goods must be returned intact in all its parts and with the original packaging not tampered with (art. 5 paragraph 3 letter d).

In case of return of damaged goods the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer.

After ascertaining the integrity of the returned product, according to the above mentioned rules, Carabà srl will refund the customer the full amount initially paid by him, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days from the date of return of the goods.

For the purposes of this return, the customer must communicate his bank details to Carabà srl.

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Purchases made by retailers or companies are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Carabà srl, informs customers that the processing of data released will be carried out in compliance with art. 10 Law 675/96 below:

Art. 13 - Rights of the interested party

In relation to the processing of personal data the data subject is entitled:

to know, through free access to the register referred to in Article 31, paragraph 1, letter a), the existence of processing of data that may concern him/her;

to be informed of the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 4, letters a), b) and h);

to obtain, from the data controller or data processor, without delay:

confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and the intelligible communication of such data and their source, as well as of the logic and the purposes underlying the processing; the request may be renewed at intervals of not less than ninety days, unless there are justified reasons for doing so;

the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;

certification to the effect that the operations as per 2) and 3) above have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is fulfilled by a third party.

to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of commercial information or sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or interactive commercial communication surveys, and to be informed by the data controller, no later than when the data are communicated or disseminated, of the possibility of exercising this right free of charge.

For each request referred to in paragraph 1, letter c), number 1), the data subject may be asked, if the existence of data concerning him/her is not confirmed, to pay a contribution to expenses, not exceeding the costs actually incurred, in accordance with the procedures and within the limits established by the regulation referred to in Article 33, paragraph 3.
