CORRECT PLACEMENT OF THE MONITOR

CORRECT PLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE MONITOR
REDUCES FATIGUE OF EYE, SHOULDER AND NECK.

WHEN POSITIONING THE MONITOR, ALWAYS CHECK:

- Place the monitor at least 40 cm and no more than 70 cm from your eyes. The optimal distance is 50 cm.

- Adjust the height of the monitor so that the top of the screen is at eye level or slightly below. When looking at the center of the screen, your eyes should face down slightly.

- Place the monitor at a 90° angle to windows or other light sources to reduce light reflection on the screen. Adjust the tilt of the monitor so that ceiling lights do not reflect on the screen.

- Rest your eyes periodically when looking at an object at least 20 feet away. Close your eyes frequently.

- Position what you observe most often (the screen or reference material) directly in front of you, to turn your head as little as possible when typing.

- Do not display still images on the screen for a long time to avoid their persistence (post-image effects).

- Do regular eye examinations.

Cleaning the LCD panel

- When the liquid crystal display is stained with dust or dirt, wipe gently with our soft cloth type TJ44 or C3-44.

- Do not rub or apply pressure to the surface of the LCD screen, make sure the cloths are non-abrasive. Softness is often not an indication of anti-abrasion!

- Do not use an OA cleaner to prevent deterioration or discoloration of the LCD surface.
